BOYLE COUNTY FISCAL COURT
ORDINANCE NO. 230.10
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 230.9; AND ADOPTING COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYEE PERSONNEL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, POSITION CLASSIFICATIONS AND A STEP-GRADE SYSTEM FOR COMPENSATION.
WHEREAS, Employee Classification and Compensation Plans, Personnel Policies and Procedures and Position Classifications were established for employees of the county of Boyle by the Boyle County Fiscal Court through Ordinance 230.9 given second reading and adopted May 24, 2012;
WHEREAS, recommendations for such substantial revisions to the plans, policies, procedures and classifications have been reviewed and analyzed by appropriate Boyle County officials;
WHEREAS, the members of the Fiscal Court have thoroughly examined said comprehensive plan and determined that all the terms and provisions thereof should be adopted and enacted as an ordinance of the County of Boyle;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE FISCAL COURT OF THE COUNTY OF BOYLE, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
Ordinance No. 230.9 is repealed in its entirety.
SECTION II.
The comprehensive revision of the Personnel Policies and Procedures, and Position Classification* is attached hereto and made part hereof, be and is as such Plans, Policies, Procedures and Classifications for the employees of the County of Boyle, nun pro tunc to April 24, 2024.
SECTION III.
The Wage-Grade schedule is attached hereto and made part hereof, nun pro tunc to March 26, 2024.
